Eel River Native Plant Production Survey
Any survey question can be left blank and only your email address is “required”. You can only take the survey once and you cannot go back to change your answers after the survey has been submitted. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
We will not use any survey data for any other purpose than to conduct a watershed/regional capacity analysis and data will not be shared or sold.
If you want to re-set your survey because you encountered a problem or encounter any issues with the survey, please reach out directly to John Bair (john@riversciences.com).
